Membership (non interest bearing)

(Due to member failing to submit readings for 3 consecutive months (90 days) or maintaining phone service on automatic metered accounts.)

All account and rate classes - Assessed regardless if past due payment is received at time of visit

No reconnects will be done after 7:00 P.M.

Residential/Commercial center load and three phase - Member request

*The meter test fees listed above will be assessed as long as the meter test results are within the allowable limits. If the test results place the meter accuracy outside the allowable limits, no fee will be assessed.

If readings are discovered to be under reported by 10% or more:

• Fee billed for each occurrence
• PA State police may be called to investigate
• Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) device may be installed accompanied with a $2 monthly fee
• Member may be placed on the "monthly read list" list and billed $10/ month

In addition, the account is immediately disconnected and will be reconnected only if the total cost of the estimated kilowatt-hours stolen, trip charge, and any additional balances are paid in full.
